Since 2003 we have been the leader in local restaurant reviews. We’re number one on a Google (and Yahoo!) search for “Boone restaurants”! Thanks, fans!

Unlike the other High Country restaurant listings on the Web, ours are not supported by restaurant ads so we don’t just have glossy, praising descriptions (written by the owner), but actual accounts of our culinary experiences. So check us out before dining out, and check back regularly as we add more eateries and features.

Green eggs and ham? You probably can’t get that at one of our favorite breakfast spots, Boone Bagelry, but if you get takeout you will now get it in a “green” (environmentally friendly) container!  And, that includes hot coffee cups and all other takeout. Good going, Boone Bagelry!
