There is a widespread belief that massage is a luxury or just something to be enjoyed on vacation. I would propose that massage is just as important to our overall health as diet and exercise. Regular massage/bodywork can help correct a wide verity of problems that can become serious health concerns if left untreated. For less than the cost of a movie and dinner you can invest in your health and have an enjoyable experience at the same time. For general preventive maintenance, once a mouth should be fine. For more serious issues it may be necessary to have work more often.
See the "Benefits of Bodywork" for more info.

Massage/Bodywork may be one of the oldest healing techniques in the world.  The practice dates back to the Olympiads of ancient Greece and the schools and temples of the warrior monks of ancient china.  Massage has been used for centuries to help people recover from injury quicker and to help manage pain.  All bodywork systems have one thing in common - that is, they all strive to help the body find balance so that the body's natural healing abilities can do their work. Bodywork does not treat or cure anything; rather, it is a support system for the whole person.
